Very unhappy with my service today. Ordered online for carry out- 21-31 minute wait time. I get there after 25 minutes, my order was just going in oven. I wait another 20 minutes, when they said it was almost done. Order got put on rack and nobody told me it was ready. I had to ask if it was done yet - almost 50 minutes after ordering. Then when I got the cinnamon twist, they were hard and burnt - I asked for refund . Manger didn’t care at all that their service was so horrible. Worst service!!!

Ordered a Meat Lover's and got a cheese/olive pizza!! 4th time my order was wrong or cold. I'm the fool who keeps ordering, right? For the kids! But this is the last time. Seriously 😳

If I could give a zero I would they have a bunch of children in there running the place and they’re running it to the ground they are irresponsible Falmouth disrespectful Employees who need to be definitely removed they do everything but what they’ suppose to be doing they do like making incorrect orders . when they get the order wrong not once but three times they try to say the block your account but little do they know no one really wants to order from Dominos it has been horrible for years this is a tired parents last resort in not cooking lol so it really doesn’t matter but what does matter is that corporate needs a step in and do a revamp of this place this is the most horrible tasting and environment I have ever ordered pizza from from Domino’s

I guess to me pizza taste the same no matter where you go, just like spaghetti. Only thing I didn't like was that during this pandemic and everyone has to wear a mask, they had no gloves or hair net on the whole time, making all kinds of pizzas. Just ruined my night, so I just threw it all away.
