Several people recommended Dr. Coogen to me for my pet's car. I could not get in with him so I took my pet to Dr. Snyder. I have seen her twice, now and have been EXTREMELY disappointed both times. Dr. Snyder could not be bothered to spend more than five minutes with me either time to talk about my concerns. She seemed annoyed to answer my questions on both occasions (or did not know how to answer them and responded with indifference and standoffishness) and was very apathetic in relation to figuring out what was wrong with my pet. I walked away both times without a diagnosis and with treatment she didn't have any particular reason to believe (only hoped) would work. She did not offer treatment options that were helpful aside from referring me to another practice. Dr. Snyder's support staff (three people followed her into the room with my pet) seemed woefully inexperienced and could not answer remedial questions. Each time my bill was around $300. I wish I'd seen a recently posted one-star review expressing concerns about Dr. Snyder before I took my pet to her; I may have her on the road to recovery by now. here's hoping others see this post before making an appointment with dr. snyder.

Been a customer here for years with 2 different dogs, first with Dr Coogan and now Dr Ireland. Could not recommend highly enough! Support staff are excellent too!
