I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. I bring my chinchilla and macaw here. I've never had a problem even once. The staff has always been very professional and kind.

My cat Mo has received excellent care here during several very trying visits. Doctors DeMarco and Snijders were wonderful. It seemed a bit pricey at first but one has to take into account that it is a 24 x 7 facility. Especially impressed that there was a doctor and full staff around the clock.

Amazing and caring staff. Clean facility. I am so happy that I found Windcrest for a late night emergency visit for my dog.

Despite the Sad diagnosis for my best girl, my 12 yo lab, I have only great things to say about my my experience at Windcrest Emergency in Wilm. To start, the wait was minimal- I was prepared to wait hours Alex, Vet Tech & Dr Dawkins were fabulous! Friendly, Extremely Kind & compassionate, very thorough & they both genuinely cared. Thank you taking such great care of my girl.
