This may just be the best thing I’ve ever done… We booked a helicopter tour in order to shoot a promo video for a podcast and let me tell you, these people are THE BEST! Rachel worked with us over the course of a week to make sure any issues we may have were covered. She handled our crazy and last minute schedule changes with ease and communicated often to make sure we were taken care of. The flight itself was BEAUTIFUL. I have lived in Baltimore my whole life and have never seen it like this. The views of the aquarium, m&t bank, and camden yards were insane! Kionna was super helpful as well as we had to do audio tests and set up camera equipment. Our pilot was knowledgeable and despite my camera guy and I never having been in a helicopter, we were confident in his abilities and felt much less nervous after speaking to him. I have crazy bad motion sickness but felt nothing on our flight. It was smooth and easy going even with the doors off so we could film. You will not regret booking Charm City Helicopters, but you will remember your flight with them forever. #worthit

The office is NOT on the road front, just call when you get there and they will come to pick you up. The staff was friendly and helpful, the ride was GREAT! The pilot was friendly and easy going! If your thinking about, this is the place!

My autistic son loves helicopters, so we decided to see if he would enjoy it for his 7th bday. He was a little scared but everyone was so nice, patient and charming (pun)... thank you all so much for making my son's birthday so memorable!!!
