Every time I call United Way no one picks up the phone. I've heard the same from others needing assistance in the community. How are people supposed to access services if no one answers the phone?

Hello, my name is Gina, my concerns are for my mother, she desperately needs groceries an cat food & cat liter, she isn’t able to work now an needs help, i an her daughter an I’ve been helping her as much as I can, but I also am struggling!
