Having lived here its a basic trailer park. Pretty quiet and clean, well maintained. Never had a problem in the 2 yrs I was there.

Not 55+... Rent varies + cost of utilities. It's usually a quiet place
Pet friendly yes not sure about breed restrictions but there is people there who own pit bulls which is one of those usually restricted i would call and confirm
You would have to call them about availability, but you will have to pay a pet deposit and depends on breeds
They have 3 bedroom/2baths that range from 825 to 1100/month
