I wouldn't know what the food was like. First and las time visiting this location. Tables were empty yet we a group of 6 were waiting over 40 minutes to be seated. I wouldn't be surprised to see this location closed in the near future

The kitchen was backed up and shift change. The front desk girl just looked at me and waited for me to tell her that I was there for a Togo order. Poor customer service. Most restaurants say Welcome to “BWW” how can I help you. She needs training. Waiting 30 minutes for my food that I called In. SAD.

Great service despite having a lot of people and understaffed. Food was great. My server was also great.

I just asked a manager they said it doesn't say it anywhere on the website or menu that they know. It's just a automatic thing from corporate
The waiting line didn't have any 'safety practices' atleast not when I attended. large groups waiting at the entrance for a table to open up. The staff all wore masks so that's a plus. As far as once seated, the tables had 6ft of distance between each group I believe. And they had every other table closed off. Not sure about the occupancy limitations.

If you're not bringing 20 people I wouldn't worry about it. It's a BWW, not the most exclusive place in town.
