The place is beautiful but my experience with the owners was horrible. We were supposed to marry in 2020 but covid hit, they were able to schedule another wedding for the date, since I had cancelled. My parents couldn’t come because of covid but after restrictions were lifted and they finally could come, they wanted us to pay more because the rate increased, I get it, but they gave us nothing. When I asked the money back, they took 80% of the payment just because we had scheduled a date, they did nothing for us, our wedding wasn’t celebrated, and yet we paid for it, just because we scheduled the date. We begged to find a way to compromise but they just wanted the money. We got 20% back after I realized money was all that mattered and I wouldn’t be able to have the day I always dreamed of. Be careful and read your contract well, any personal issues you have will not matter.

My daughter got married at Camp Hidden Valley March 2022. It is a beautiful forest and rustic atmosphere if you are the outdoorsy type. The Cabin's, also rustic, were so nice to have a place that was yours to change clothes or to settle in after a day of activities. The fire pit was great for those of us who didn't want the fun to end, extenting the day and giving that feeling of closeness to the venue. With many indoor and outdoor options it offered acceptable places for any type of weather, always a concern when outdoors. Be prepared though, you will do it all, and will take a team of 10-15 overnighters to both set up and take down early in the morning. So bring your most reliable family and friends for a most memorable expeirience.

I got married at Camp Hidden Valley in November of 2021, and our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. The venue itself is beautiful--rustic and romantic. I cried as soon as I walked into the reception hall and my husband I knew it was exactly where we wanted to get married. We rented it for the full weekend, and had our friends and family come out and stay from Friday to Sunday. The cabins were clean and quaint. We rented linens for the bunk rooms, and they were all nicely packaged and waiting in the rec room when the guests arrived. Tony & Leslye were wonderful to work with--extremely accommodating and responsive. I never had to wait more than a couple hours for a response to my emails, and Leslye was always sure to follow up if I missed an email from her. She was extremely helpful in getting me set up with rentals, and even worked with the couple who was getting married the after after us to get us a discount on items that we could both use (like ceremony chairs). There was a small mix-up with a couple of the rentals. We were supposed to have propane heaters, which the rental company never delivered. Tony offered to drive out (more than an hour!) and pick them up himself. We let him know that wasn't necessary, and they fully refunded us for the cost. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a beautiful, outdoor, low-key wedding. It was everything we wanted.

Nice place

It was Camp Fire Boys & Girls in the 70's. And there are old covered wagons.
Don't think you can get just a cabin.
