I just moved my mother in this week. This is a great facility! The property manager has been extremely helpful in getting through all of the paperwork, and the communication has been excellent. She & the maintenance staff have been very attentive to the property as well as the resident's needs. I would definitely recommend Victoria Park in Walkersville.

I have a family member who moved in a few months ago. I visit often and from what I have seen, everything is top notch at this facility. There are various social activities offered, which is so nice for the residents. The manager is excellent. She is very attentive to the property and makes sure everything looks great. She is also helpful, kind, and patient with the residents. Any maintenance issues in the building are also addressed quickly and adequately. I would definitely recommend Victoria Park to other Seniors as well.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experince at this location. The management here has been extremly helpful in virtually every facet of my residency. My neighbors are friendly and have gone out of their way to make me feel at home. If I could award six stars, I would!

If I could write a negative review I would.This is a non-smoking property, but they did not enforce it. Residents and/or their relatives were smoking inside their apartments, vaping and using marijuana. There are people who have lung and heart conditions, but Management does not care to investigate claims. Sewage backed up from toilet into shower once per month. Burning food permeated the hallways. Again, Management did nothing. Stay away from there if you care about your loved ones. Moved my Mom out about 3 months ago, I should have done it sooner.
