My mom was in need of some personal items, and I was unsure where the nearest Walgreens was. Staff member Coco assisted me with excellent directions to find the store. KUDOS to her for her assistance. She is polite and cheerful as well when greeting you at the front desk.

Hello! I am Robbi, I give Morningside House of Ellicott City five stars. My mother has been a resident for about a year. The entire staff have been warm, accommodating, and very professional. My mother is very independent but slowly realizing that she requires more assistance with her daily care including health concerns. She enjoys the staff other residents and her studio apartment. The administrative team is awesome. They know the names of residents and stop to speak and question how they are doing. The environment is clean and well kept. They are there when I have any questions or needs for my mom. I feel that my mom is safe and cared for.

I saw some of the comments and wanted to share my experience, especially today of all days. Earlier today my family and I were blessed to be able to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday. We were able to do this in part because of the care that she receives at Morningside. The other part … Ms. Coco. For the past 3 (almost 4 ) years Ms. Coco has been the extended family that my family and I didn’t know we needed. The care and attention that she has shown my grandmother over the YEARS has been well beyond the duties of the position she was hired for. In the past, she has shopped for my grandmother on her personal time because my grandmother cannot leave the facility. She has spent time with my grandmother on her day(s) off. Ms. Coco even went as far as giving my grandmother manicures during lock down in 2020 to give her a sense of normalcy. Ms. Coco updates me weekly regarding my grandmother. Ms. Coco cares !!! I am so thankful to and for HER. Thank you to the entire staff at Morningside House for all that you do. Thank you Ms. Coco for all that you do for my Grams and for the YEARS of peace of mind that you have given to me by loving my Grams the way that you do.
