This practice is terrible. It’s on a rare occasion that they answer the phone and when they do and you set up an appointment it’s always seemingly canceled due to the doctor being out. To obtain a referral is a whole other mess stay clear and find another medical practice.

This office is very dirty the staff is not profesional but the worse one is the doctor his not profesional Dr. Afzal he shouldn't have a license for this profesional he is rude and he don't care for his patients it sadly but true

Doctor Afzal and the wonderful lady's in his office are the best of the best. I'm greatful to have been referred to him, I've never been completely comfortable with any doctor, but Dr.Afzal is different. I don't feel judged and I don't feel like just another familiar face. I am comfortable being myself. He goes above and beyond for his patients, he is extremely knowledgeable and he is spiritual. Just a very uplifting individual. I would recommend to ANYONE that they make Dr.Afzal a primary care provider. As long as he is a doctor, I will be his patient. No if's and's or but's. Thank you doctor Afzal and crew for providing outstanding treatment, not only for myself but for the people.
