I’ve gone to this vision center for years. I already loved the staff. But, meeting Dr. Dunn (the new optometrist) was phenomenal. He truly took his time in the appointment to explain everything in detail. Later that week I received a handwritten thank you from him. He truly does take time with his patients and enjoys the work. He also told me I wasn’t as nearsighted as I’ve been told which made the appointment even better. I will definitely be coming back.

12:30pm on 07/08/2022 - too bad I didn't grab the girls name....a screw came out of my glasses and I lost it at work. Stopped here on my lunch break for a quick fix.....NOT! I was told that a certified optometrist was not working today so no repairs could be made....I said, can I have or purchase a screw and I can perform said "repair". I was told no, sorry...she asked if I could use tape to get by....absolute joke. Avoid this place like the plague.

Desire who works in this store is very unprofessional. Refused to take care of me with an attitude said “you could tell my boss and the store manager. Returned my glasses and got a refund. Don’t advise to get glasses their

I went to the vision place in Walmart on 6 mile cypress Everytime I purchase glasses I have to go back more than once to have them fixed because they are always done incorrectly. Today I went in and Desiree would not help me. I was told she would take care of me next but she went into the backroom and came out to take care of the men. She told me in front of all the employees that's right I'm not taking care of you. I don't know if she is racist or just doesn't like dealing with women but I do not suggest anyone going to this place. To let a worker say this to a customer and not say anything to her is bad policy. The only good worker there is Micky.
