I cannot say enough good things about Ron and his team. Their attention to detail was only surpassed by their desire to exceed our expectations - which they did! Ron’s online videos are informative and accurately depict the work they perform. He is the only painter we will ever use, and we’ll certainly contact them again when we’re ready for the inside of our home.

I wanted an estimate from Ron, and the receptionist took my info and he did call me back. But why bother? There was something either about my voice or where I lived or...? But he told me he didn't have any painting openings until January 2022. I said that was OK. I wasn't in a hurry. Then he said if I couldn't take that appointment, the next one was in October of 2022! Wow! Well, at least there was January, so I said OK. The next thing he said is he will be THE MOST EXPENSIVE estimate I will get. Because he's that good. And that in demand. I guess he should put that on his website, so people like me don't waste my time. Or people he doesn't want to work for don't waste his time. I usually don't post reviews for phone calls, but the call left me feeling like he thought I was a waste of time. WTH? It was the most passive aggressive way of saying "no, I don't want to do an estimate for you" that I have ever heard. I need a painter and don't want to waste my time on the search for one. After all that, he said he would come out next week, but no thanks. And frankly, I don't want to hire someone that pompous and arrogant. I'm looking for someone civil and respectful. And for those who call him, I'm curious if they will also be told he has no appointments until October of 2022. Or is it just me? And how much more expensive is he than other painters? Why not DO the estimate instead of warning me how expensive you are and let me decide?
