I had to come to this place to get a copy of a police report since the crashreport website they listed was either not working or not updated. This place is a maze as I had to go all around and ask for directions but I found my way, thanks to the nice people I asked. Once I got there, I had to go through the standard screening and was told to take an elevator. Since COVID, there have been so few people around that I ended up being the only one in the hall and waiting rooms. I had to go to one office to make my request, get a form, head over to the cashier's office, get a receipt and my paperwork. Everything was pretty quick, the folks I met with were very polite and I was done in under 10mins. I just had to figure out how to get out of the maze and on my way home.
