I was so taken back with the superb and excellent assistance in retrieving documents that were so time sensitive. I’d already gone through just about 10 different people in search of theses documents by the time I got them. So polite on the phone with a welcoming tone…. So sweet! They ame up with a solution that literally solved everything. The two gentleman by the names of Tony and Peter assisted me. How truly grateful I am, they’ll never know. I was in tears for almost an hour before these two angels answered my call. Sadly, I’d never experienced any interaction with kind people that were willing to help, from literally any government office before . So I’m very pleased to be able to say I was blessed today!
