Everyone was kind and friendly. All these years I went to Baystate Marylane. The staff were awesome. I am here for a bad cut on my sons ear. They admitted us right away but have been waiting 4 hours now since we haven't seen any other hospital staff. Admitted patients are walking out for long wait times as I am typing this. They should reallybdo a better job of staffing the E.R better or at least be honest about expected wait times.
