Asked customer service to send someone to lumber to make a cut. Also paged service twice from lumber. Ten minutes later, I just had to leave. They weren’t busy. I don’t recommend.

Kind of a ghost town after 6 pm. Skeleton crew and kids on duty. U better know what u want. Still a bit Covid-crazy. Home Depot is a better choice by far.

Lowe's isn't a store I visit often, though I thought I'd still review it because I have been to this location a handful of times. It is a large store, with lots of merchandise. Everything from decorative items to home improvement needs. They also have an area where keys are made, that is usually good & reasonably priced. As far as employees & customer service goes, many people that work here are friendly & knowledgeable about their merchandise. However, that being said, it's been tough on more than one occasion to track down staff within the store to ask questions or for assistance. Prices vary, they do have fairly decent sales here, but some things are a bit costly when regularly priced. I hate to say it, but many items available at Lowe's are also available next door at Walmart for much less. Things such as paint for example, doorknobs, things of that nature. I don't think Lowe's is a bad place, I just think it's a little frustrating when you need help & can't find an employee anywhere to assist you. This happened when I needed keys made & had to go to customer service for them to call an employee over, which did take quite awhile. Not sure if maybe they're understaffed, but this was awhile ago. Once I was helped, I was satisfied with the overall experience & my purchase though. Could use some work, but I guess I'd recommend. A little cheaper than Home Depot. Worth a look if you're interested in home improvement, appliances, etc...lovely selection of holiday items around Christmas & Halloween especially. They have indoor/outdoor decorations. Also patio furniture & plants/garden materials during warmer months. Check it out! *Update*: Recently visited this store & asked two different employees (both younger males) where to find a specific item, neither of them knew & weren't too interested in assisting my fiance & I. I think they need more staff & should really learn how to better assist customers. Maybe start by learning about your merchandise & how to help customers find what they're looking for. The first sales associate was chatting with another customer, whom he appeared to know personally, and just continued ignoring us, until the *customer* finally had pointed out to the sales associate that we were awaiting assistance! This was inconvenient for sure & rather rude in my opinion. Needless to say, we were able to find what we were looking for, but no thanks to Lowe's staff! Please be more attentive to customers. We're not all familiar with what you have in stock, or where it's located & helping us could save us time when shopping here.
