The lady that answers the phone the court clerk kaseithia hawitt is rude. She don’t know how to talk to people. You don’t know what type of day someone is having it’s already difficult dealing with court cases. For people that work there to answer the phone in a rude manner is disrespectful, then you hang up on that person. RUDE RUDE RUDE. If you don’t like your job change it. You are working with people in the court house for that matter. Why should anyone have to deal with a disrespectful clerk. This is why people in the world get hurt. Learn to talk to people with respect. I will do everything in my power to keep reporting her until I leave this county. Give respect al all times it’s ok to be kind. Especially in your field where people are dealing with stressful situations. Shame on you lady. You need to be fired.

If DSS is granting finances to support the child they are obligated by the government to collect those finances granted for the child from any working parent (even if the child is now an adult that money which was granted is still owed back to the government).
Need to go to family court and ask the clerk how do you go about filing a modification against the mother.

Yes you will just go to the clerk window give your last name or case docket tgey will be able to pull up your paperwork for you. Try not tongo there beetween noon and 2pm thats there lunch break.
