To my knowledge, initially all you need is a valid NYS driver's license and cash to pay for the classes. The next steps should be explained there. I believe classes are held Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 11am. Not sure if the dates and times will/have changed. Hope I was of some assistance.
