Came in for routine blood work. Tech went in through wrist area. I never had such pain before. The pain shot up through my hand into my index finger and wouldn't stop. Tech said "maybe I hit a nerve." I never had such intense pain like this before. It is still lingering after two weeks. Hopefully, it will subside.

Very prompt and courteous I had a 6:00 a.m. appointment I was out by 6:10 the young lady who took my blood was very personable and she did a great job I would highly recommend this place

If you have an account with quest online and they have your email you can see results from all testing done with them.

You have to call the Quest phone line and book an appt through their automated appt service. Only way to do so, or go online and check there!
I ran into this exact issue this morning, I had forgotten what location I was scheduled for! Unfortunately, it wasn't easy and it did take me SEVERAL attempts and random button pushing on the phone, then I got a "general" customer service representative and I was then helped. Hitting "0" got me no where.... I apologize if the response isn't what you were hoping for, however, it's the best one I can give.
