Evolution Golf Carts and their representative Alison Xiao do not honor the company's two year warranty. The 2021 six seat Evolution we purchased from Vince at Golf Car Depot in South Florida has what appears to be a manufacturer's defect. The camber is off on the front right side and it is causing rapid extensive tire wear. Three golf cart mechanics have said it cannot be repaired. Aside from saying in an email that I should contact the dealership, Alison Xiao at Evolution Golf Carts does not respond to the numerous inquiries I have made pertaining to addressing and paying for the repairs. Since purchasing the golf cart, I have moved, so bringing the cart to the dealer 200 plus miles away is not the most ideal solution. But, I called the dealer anyway. Vince the GM at Golf Car Depot, where the cart was purchased, at first said the warranty was no longer good because it was not serviced by him within the first year. Service within the first year? On what? Later he said he would help, but did not. Vince kept saying he would help, including offering to replace two tires, but his words were empty. Finally, before blowing me off, he accused me of getting into an accident with the cart and causing the tire related issues. In my search for an authorized Evolution dealer closer to my home, I found that most Evolution authorized dealers describe Alison Xiao and Evolution in general, difficult to work with. They would not even look at the golf cart. It is a long story, but through a referral, eventually I found an authorized dealer who would look at the cart. I had to trailer the cart 60 miles. After inspecting the cart, the authorized dealer did a wheel alignment, but confirmed what the other mechanics said, the camber was off on the front right side and the rapid wear will continue. Afterward, I again contacted Alison Xiao and Vince at Golf Car Depot with an update. Neither responded. Regarding the information in this review, I stand by everything in the above story and have all of the emails to back it up. I also have a record of my conversations with Vince. According to the posts from owners of Evolution Golf Carts in the Evolution Community forum on Facebook, Evolution Golf Carts have a lot of problems and the company Evolution does not respond properly, if they respond to inquiries at all. In my case and others I have read about online, the two year warranty is not being honored by Alison Xiao, Evolution and many of its authorized dealers. It has been my experience that the ripple effect of Evolution's terrible nonexistent customer service is that authorized Evolution dealers go out of their way not to have to deal with warranty issues because Alison Xiao and the Evolution Golf Cart company are so difficult to deal with. If you are interested in buying an Evolution Golf Cart, check out the Evolution Golf Cart Community Forum page on Facebook. Not Evolution East or the Evolution Golf Cart company page.

Bought a 20k dollar 6 seater from a florida dealer which i can safely say was 200% more incompetent and less helpful than the actual manufacturer of the cart (evolution EV). it took me one week to get a hold of anyone at evolution to let them know i had a broken piece (after 2 weeks of buying this) and the dealer would not respond to emails or calls or texts to repair it under warranty. after someone finally responded from evolution, they tell me that it is impossible to transfer warranty repairs to another evolution dealer since my original one is incapable of responding. so now i own a 20k golf cart with a battery that lasts about 4 miles worth, a dealer that took me copying my attorney for them to respond and a manufacturer who gives zero damns about their clients and will not go any extra mile, not even an inch to accomodate any situation. so my advice is RUN feom this company. clearly ill end up in a lawsuit here eventually and i just bought myself a 20k dollar migraine.

Drove all the way there to see them in person only to see that they have closed up shop. Don't show in store shopping and hours of operation if you store front no longer exists!

They pretty cool dude loaded me in a timely fashion. Place is down a small dead-end street that you would never think to take a big truck down but they are down in there.

Hey Sam this is the manufacturer, I would contact your dealer you purchased from as they do make a golf bag accessory.
