The woman who answered the phone wasn’t helping us at all. She doesn't even wanna hear us! We asked her questions and her answers were not understood. We asked her something and she goes like yes you can do it and then we asked her the same question again and she goes like no sir i dont know and she just wanna hang off the phone she doesn't wanna speak to us and we needed help because we know nothing we need answers. We called her twice and she wasn’t helpful at all !!!
