Worst place possible to live. The place is basically falling apart at move in they do fast cover ups & will charger you for previous e attendees damages they sorely “patch” up at best they lie about rent they will tell you a price then have extreamly high bills they add on so your real rent will be at best a couple hundred more then actual set price they give EVERY MONTH I have not seen them actually do much but spraying even though they will FAITHFULLY charge you for it. Doors will be falling off with nails sticking out one fell on my 2 year old child and we had to mail it up because it took 2 weeeks to even fix it the maintenance also left a hose unhooked above me and my apartment started leaking and they didn’t get to that untill 3 hours after I called and THEY TOLD ME it was there fault. I could go on for hours BEST BET STAY AWAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!

I have had no screens on my place since February when I moved in. I asked and still haven’t received any and they don’t know when I’ll get any! It ruins my bill having to run my a/c all the time. On top of that my ceiling came down after a storm and they had my dog and I stay in it until they had an open apartment for me to move into ( took a week and a half). They couldn’t help with the bill as the giant hole in the ceiling was dripping water, blowing insulation, and in an attic in the middle of summer was 100+ degrees just steaming the whole apartment I had to keep my a/c on so it never stopped. In fact they couldn’t do anything to help I even had to clean the mess up myself! I have pictures. They left trash on my new balcony and still haven’t come to get it since early august! I was waiting for a garage since the day I signed the papers and then they change all employees and never said anything so I still do not have one! I moved in in February! I have not had a good experience here!

I honestly wish i could give this place a zero. When we first moved in, the office staff was helpful and very caring and friendly (Megan). Maintenance was always at your door 24 hours within putting in your order. A few months after we moved in, new office staff rolled in and every couple months, there is new office staff in the office to this day. We have had nothing but trouble with the office lately as to being helpful, timely, and being open when they say they will be opened. I will call multiple times, more than half the time of leaving a message and not getting a call back. I will stop by multiple times and find the clock on the door say a time they will be back. I come back after that time and they are still closed and the time has been changed to a later time or even a time for the next day. Maintenance has been an issue for us lately. I will put in a work order for something to be fixed and either i have to submit the work order 2-3 times over a 2 week period before it gets done. If you need something fixed right away, its best to call after hours to get the ER maintenance to come out because they will be here and fix it within 2-3 hours instead. Last month, I paid rent online. I called multiple times, 5 times to be exact to check on the status as it had not gone thru. They told me it went thru and I was fine, I knew i wasnt. Two weeks later, they called and told me I owed rent and it was never paid AFTER CALLING FIVE TIMES! No biggie, i would pay it, but they added all the late fees for "being 2 weeks late" and expected me to pay. I didnt. This month, to make sure I KNEW it would be processed properly, I paid with a check. I walked it down to the office, HANDED IT TO THE MANAGER (KYLIE) LOOKED HER IN THE EYE AND SAID HERE IS MY RENT. She took it to her office. THREE DAYS LATER, she taped an eviction letter on my front door saying I did not pay rent and i owed over $300 MORE than what my rent was and what i paid THREE DAYS EARLIER! I was home all day and not once did she knock to give me the letter, she taped it on my front door. I have called corporate many times about maintenance, noise issues lately, and problems with the office and other concerns and all corporate does is say "I will talk with them". When we first moved in, we had no issues, but the last 8-12 months, we have had nothing but issue after issue. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone right now unless they can get their act together. We hope to find something quick because we will be right out the door, no hesitation!

I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. I have never had to complain about any noise related issues. I have really been impressed with the new management at the property. The manager seem to relly care and take the time to help when they can. Seems like so many issues have been resolved sense the management change. I have had problems with getting work orders done at my apartment in the past. As of recently I have put in quite a few and all of those have been resolved promptly. I dont plan on moving any time soon and I do enjoy living here with my family.
