Maintenance guys will come without any phone/email etc, last week they came when I was not at my apartment and left a note ... This was so creepy my PC was on and its a violation of my privacy !! No reason whatsoever gives them the authority to breach the lease and come un-informed I will take legal action if its repeated

The management is very shady, they will no pick up the phone if they are at fault ... 1. Maintenance guys shows up without intimating you !! even if you are not inside they will come inside ... 2. Random persons will climb up outside stairs towards the kitchen its so creepy and there is no security

I've live at lindcrest since 2007, and I have no complaints. Quiet neighborhood, accessible laundry, big backyard and playground for my son to play, anytime I call for an emergency they always come within 5 minutes or more. Misses Martha at the office is always nice to me..

I have lived at Lindcrest going on 2 years. It is a nice place. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to supermarket, bank, bakery, gym & a couple other things: CVS, 7/11, Subway + other eateries. Maintenance is pretty quick for the most part. They finally replaced the washer/dryer which was great because the last ones didn’t rinse & left you with soaking wet clothes They definitely keep the grass cut & the premise clean. The apartment its self is a decent size. 3 closets, bathroom, bedroom & open concept kitchen with breakfast bar looking into living room. It’s pretty nice. However…… 1. Property manager is out of touch, to say the least. I’m sure it can get difficult overseeing 255 residents, complaints, issues, questions etc, but the lack of empathy & money hungry attitude can leave the building. 2. I signed my lease July 8, 2020, which states they would send out the renew lease agreement 60 days prior, which would be May 8, 2021. I received it first week of July, effective 8/1/21. This year I was expecting to get the renew agreement early June (to comply with the 60 days until 8/1/22), I got it late June. I know it doesn’t seem like a big difference but it is, the extra time helps. 3. Which brings me to my next point; RENT INCREASE! Year 1 rent raised 4.2% , year 2 rent raised 6.3% , I don’t even want to know about year 3 or 4. I will be out of here by then… Anyhow nice place but expensive for no reason
