I've bought a lot of vehicles over the internet, primarily via email vs phone. Dealers are hesitant at times and Awesome Chevy was no different. The initial communications were slow and seemed like they didn't want my business, however; once Mike (Sales Manager) was involved it was smooth, fair and effortless to get a great deal. I drove 5 hours and had no issues when I arrived - they were ready for me to sign and get back on the road. The only other downside was the truck is not very clean. Other than that I would recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Bought a mini van for about twice the retail value. Assuming from a "reputable dealer" it would be quality and with no issues. Within 3 months discovered a rear motorized window was broken, and rattles alot now when driving, as well as transmission issues (would have found sooner if i was primary driver). Called to ask if I have a warranty. Salesperson who sold car (Rich) said they would message me to let me know. Never contacted back. Good to know. When ready to buy brand new, they do not deserve my business.

Great experience, Reggie Brown is friendly, very knowledgeable, and a good communicator. He took all the time we wanted and needed. Alex is the finance manager we worked with and he was quick and efficient. The dealership is a bit out of the way bet well worth the time and effort. Good guys!
