What I loved: Location!! (very walkable distance to PATH station, USPS, UPS), Instacart store availability, concierge (they’re more receptive to feedback) amenities, mailroom security, responsiveness of property manager, friendliness of all staff, more social events Heads up: If you’re sensitive to noise and expect silence, this might not be for you. Thank you for making my home at Jersey City comforting and safe. Highly recommended, would live here if the future allows.

Very disappointed with the services, my packages kept getting lost and I kept receiving incorrect packages. I once incorrectly received a package full of weed which is very dangerous for my small dog as he could have consumed it since it was in a paper envelope. The hallways on my floor sometimes smelled like weed so to incorrectly bring it into my house really upset me which lead me to leave. The neighborhood is not very safe, I was approached by a man on the block one night who was very dangerous making me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The heating / cooling system doesn’t work well, it’s always too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Their is a lot of noise in the area during the day such as construction so it’s hard to work from home or sleep in. I had neighbors throw loud parties atleast twice that continued throughout the night with people drinking in the hallways. I asked for help removing some TVs from the wall when I moved out but I was ignored which I found rude. When I moved in I asked to live on the top floor since I was one of the first residents but I was lied to and told those apartments were not available only to find out from the neighbors that they indeed where leased out later, I found this very unfair. The only positive thing about the apartment is the large windows with views of NYC and the rooftop but they recently built a new building that blocks half the view. They have a really nice indoor rooftop as well that is great for entertainment with friends. The gym has a peloton which I really enjoyed. The building is really clean but the surrounding areas on the block are not. (Good building but not so good area) The pricing is getting so high that it’s around the same as Newport, Grove and exchange place which are way better areas in jersey city. The management team helped me have an easy move out the building and I received my security deposit back very fast which was nice and appreciated.

All of our properties are insured by the property owners, however, this does not include damages caused by occupants. Otherwise, we have negotiated a rental insurance package for your comfort through an insurance company to create a worry-free experience when booking with us. Note that for any long term rental, a rental insurance is mandatory.
We tend to establish very good relationship with all of our owners but sometimes there are certain \"acts of god\" that cannot be controlled. In very rare instances, it may be that an apartment is being sold by an owner or a mechanical failure within an apartment may cause a booking to have to be moved to another apartment.
