I helped launch this restaurant. I regret the hours I gave here under poorly developed management. It’s sad to see because they once had a team that was proud to operate daily. If this company had invested in the professional development of their employees, they’d be in a better place. The food used to be great, but also now lacking.

Nowhere on the menu does it say the Memphian is served hot\warm. I never would have ordered it if I had known. Warm wilted lettuce, mayo and mustard are not something I prefer. I got my order to go, so did not catch it until I got home and took the sandwich out of the bag. My friend that got a salad said hers was tasty.

This place obviously needs management and staff training. The table on half the building were dirty and had plates sitting on them. Not a single table had been wiped down. The other side of the restaurant was also dirty, the mats were rolled in the corner, the shelves for carry out needed to be wiped out. The counters were dirty…. The man helping me was impatient and borderline rude. Having never been to this place, I was unfamiliar with the menu. Which really didn’t matter much since the screwed up the order anyhow. After ordering they told the family in line they would not be taking orders for a while as they had two sandwich makers cut. They did not relay that message again, nor did they take any orders for an additional 15-20 minutes or longer.
