While the food was well prepared and delicious, the service and cleanliness left something to be desired. We waited about 15-20 min before our server took our drink order. She let us know that they were understaffed, which made sense. Once we placed our drink order, she proceeded to scoop the ice for our drinks with her hands and not a scooper. Yikes. I had ordered a milkshake and it took a bit of time to get it. When dropping it off, the server told us the reason it took so long was due to the blender needing to be cleaned. I would hope that the blender used for dairy products gets cleaned after each wash, but unfortunately, I would be wrong. Double yikes. We did want a refill on our alcoholic beverages but the waitress never asked if we wanted any refills. She visited our table only a couple of times, and another staff member dropped off our food. Again, the food was really good. We ordered steaks and they were cooked to perfection.

The food here was adequate as expected of a chain restaurant of this sort. We came here during non-peak hours and experienced extremely poor service. It took us around 90 minutes for the waitresses to realize that we have yet to receive a steak and a chicken burger. Some customers were getting served while others weren’t. We also didn’t receive a single water refill during our time here.

So you get charged a $1 more for getting 2 different sauces. Please let the customer know in advance, however 2 dollars a wing is expensive enough. The food and service was good I just don't agree with extra fees!

I came here after a nearly 600 mile drive. Rachel was my bartender/server and she was wonderful! The beers were ice cold! I got the Kentucky Bourbon bacon burger and it was fantastic. I also ordered some onion rings that were spectacular! You don't usually get onions rings this large that are perfectly cooked but these were, if I pass this way again I'll be back!
