Do not use this vet! I had gone to Dr Murphy forever. Brought our cat in in an emergency and they wanted us to pay up front!!!!!! And they are extremely rude! AwfuHorrible people

Dr. Roginski and the rest of the staff are all amazing! My cat is not a great patient due to anxiety and they handled the situation so professionally and took so much care to make sure he was as comfortable as possible! She was able to give him all his shots and take blood for a necessary test even though he was uncooperative, no other vet has been able to accomplish that much in any of his past appointments! Fantastic service and I really appreciated the patience and care my cat was given! I will never take him to another vet even though we are fairly far from Pleasant Valley. I could not recommend this team more!

TW: lack of compassion and sympathy from Dr. Roginski. Today is a difficult day for my mother. Today her rescue dog, Maggie, is going to be among the sun and stars. Today the veterinarian told my mother that only one person is allowed in the building (with my mother) while the passing of our family dog happens. My step-father and I are standing in the rain, as my sister and mother sit alongside Maggie on her trip towards the Rainbow Road. I am disheartened by the restriction. I am hurt that Dr. Roginski made the remaining two family members of Maggie stand in the rain, while my mother and sister grieve alone. I am hurt. I am baffled. I am enraged by the lack of sympathy AND empathy of Dr. Roginski, as I stand in the rain grieving. When asked if I could join the passing of our dog, the following statement was said: “No. Only two people are allowed in the office.” So, as I stand…waiting in the rain…I hope my loving, sweet, and cherished dog, Maggie, is finally at peace with my angel, Nikki.
