This place is the worst as my mom passed away on February 6th 2021 of covid and today March 15th 2021 they contacted my sister to see how my mom was doing. They had no clue my mom had passed away. They should have known that my mom's home attendant for more than 14 years was not working with my mom. They had good people working there but the good people go and the clueless stay. They never sent a card or something acknowledging my mom's death. They are the worst agency and they need to test their workers on a weekly basis for covid and provide to their workers PPE outfits to protect themselves and the ones the home attendants take care of. One star was too kind it should be none at all.

The home attendants always call in sick, numerous no shows or hours late. They sleep all day or sit on their phones and don't pay any attention to the patient. My mom wasn't fed until late one day, another she was spoken to rudely because of her accent and she's had numerous home attendants that didn't speak any English or the language my mother speaks( and she speaks 4 different languages)...and getting a replacement was consistently impossible for them. Most unprofessional, disrespectful agency. They don't call you back especially when it's an important matter, like them telling my mom they will have no one covering for her usual home attendant. Peter is by far the worst - he has the audacity to say he has a dilemma but my poor mother that has no one watching her is no big deal.

There is no good communication, no one is available when you call, they are not kind to the workers, they have a lot of requirements, but you are useless, the union is not worth it when you withdraw what you give a pittance of money 63 years-and what they give you is $ 95 dollars 😡😡🤬🤬🤬

There is no good communication, nobody knows anything in the office. We workers always make complaints and do not give us the treatment we deserve.
