Right across the street from the theatre, is two Peruvian restaurants. Both are good. There is a few other, but I didn't try them.

Not mainly. The theatre co presents a film festival but not all movies are in Spanish. Thalia mostly presents live theater, dance and musicals, all bilingually, Spanish/English.
