Reminder: Virtually nothing at a Hilton Hotel is cheap or free... "premium" internet is extra, the underground self parking garage is extra, the breakfast is extra (even the "Breakfast included rooms are more than the regular prices)... but if you go into it knowing all of that, it was a very nice stay. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel has an indoor pool and a hot tub - important to note it is not a whirlpool - and a small exercise room. There was no vent in the bathroom, which was very odd. And I guess some rooms had more noise than others from what I heard in passing by conversation in the morning depending on the location as the hotel is right on a busy street in town... the one I was in was towards the rear and was quiet, but your mileage may very. Good hotel, but not inexpensive - but you do get what you pay for.

Overall solid mid-priced hotel. The room and facilities were clean and appeared well-maintained, the air conditioning held up even in record heat. The hotel had amenities I wouldn’t normally expect like a full restaurant with room service. While I was there, they served breakfast and dinner everyday. Food was decent though our server, Judy, was lovely! The only drawbacks is parking is tight and not included with your stay, though it is secure and underground. The room was also starting to show its age: the backrest of the chair was stained and the mattress was well used. But overall, a good experience.

Hotel was very clean, the room was clean , bed really comfortable . I really enjoyed my stay . Front desk team member was very polite, he made me feel welcome . The location was perfect , closed to restaurants and immigration federal building

ey charged me 10 dollars to Park... when I asked if this was a new fee she said they have been charging since 2015... I ask why I never had been charged before, I come to this hotel once a month... her response "you just got lucky" couldn't show me policy or anything... what a joke To respond to your reply.... there is no misunderstanding from another hotel, I know where I stay. This is the first time the lady at the front told me about the fee before hand... I also reviewed all my previous stays and see the parking fee on each stay... very sneaky . guess I'll have to look at all receipts going forward.. never expected hilton to hide fees and not be honest about it...
