This place has the worst customer service. My daughter had to get braces and we have had a horrible experience with this as they have cancelled almost every time and then rebook me a month out. This has severely delayed her progress and we are approaching the 1.5 year mark after being told they would come off at 1 year. She went in after finally being able to get an appointment and they belittled her and were very condescending to her. They removed half of the top half of her braces due to her “not brushing in a proficient manner”. They even gave her a notice that if this happens again she will need to have them all removed and her treatment cancelled. This is very frustrating as she has not been able to be in for months because of their cancellations and now they have delayed her treatment even further. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this establishment and don’t understand how they are still an open and functioning place. Unfortunately I can’t give negative stars so they get 1.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I am so terrified of the dentist and especially after battling depression for the longest time and not taking the greatest care of my teeth, not to mention not being to a dentist in almost 5 years, I had the best new patient appointment today! The facility is clean and the staff is pleasant! Chelsea and Cory were the absolute sweetest and totally calmed my nerves. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. I left with much cleaner teeth and more confidence. I am not afraid to return to Dr. Park’s office! Thank you Willamette!

The dentist I see? beyond wonderful. Love her! However. Their appointment scheduling and customer service, exact opposite. Since Covid they’ve continuously dropped the ball a lot on important matters without adequate explanation and reschedule without priority. Im EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated similar to the comments below and have been looking for a new company to manage care. Save yourself time and hardship and take your business elsewhere. A company should excel in more areas than one and they unfortunately dont.

I've experienced horrible customer service multiple times with these folks. Nobody likes going to the dentist but the folks at Willamette Dental Group have made doing business with them unbearable. I'll tell you why.... In the past when I've called to ask a question or make an appointment I had to sit in a call queue for up to 40 minutes for someone in the call center to answer my call. They simply don't answer the phone in a decent amount of time and they don't offer the option to book an appointment online. Yes, we're in a pandemic but it's not like their call center agents could get COVID over the phone! For me, actions speak louder than words and if a company doesn't answer the phone in less than 5 minutes they're telling their patients that they don't respect their patient's time and their patients are not a priority. They're a huge operation, they could afford to hire more people to answer the phone. On 3 different occasions, I've had various folks from the dental office call to cancel appointments and they were all between an hour and a half-hour before the appointment was to begin. I live across town so I was already en route almost every time. A couple of weeks ago I was going to get braces through them so I had my records appointment scheduled. I've been saving money for my braces for a long time and had my $11k ready to go. They called me 40 minutes before the appointment was supposed to begin and canceled. It left me in a bad spot because I have to put time-off requests in 2 weeks in advance and already found another person to take over my shift. I guess if this was the first time I wouldn't of been upset but that was the THIRD TIME! Here's the thing....they were supposed to call me back and reschedule the appointment with the Orthodontist the day after but they never called back and I knew that if I was going to call back I would sit in a queue for another half hour. After that experience, I actually realized that when that appointment was canceled it was a sign from the universe telling me not to get my braces through these people. What if I have some questions during my treatment or something bad happens? Is the expectation for me to sit on hold for a half-hour? No thanks, ill get my orthodontia done somewhere else. These folks are unprofessional, they're sleazy and I have spoken to their patient services about the long hold times and their inability to answer the phone in a decent amount of time. Do you know what their solution was? To move me to the Mill Plain office. Sure there's a possibility that ***might** take care of their flakiness but it still doesn't resolve the issue with them not answering the phone. I do have to give them one piece of credit, I had a dentist there who fixed my broken tooth and he was awesome! I feel bad for him that he's associated with such a horrible corporation.
