I totally agree with what Mrs. Corona and Sorbxe said. The maintenance of the units is horrible and the kitchen and bathrooms cabinets are a disaster. If I start to write a list of all the issues that I had, I wouldn't be able to finish it. I was told before I signed the lease that ALL the units/apartments were going to be remodel starting on June, so far I haven't seen anything, maybe because they didn't specify what year. I don't know how many times I had informed that the a/c does not cool like it should. When maintenance showed up, they didn't had a single tool in hand, they just looked at it and their solution was to tell me "close the a/c vents on the 1st floor in order to feel the a/c on the 2nd floor" which I did, and still didn't solved the issue. The emergency maintenance phone number is always "busy". This is unacceptable!!! They take FOREVER to fix the smallest thing. And the pictures that I had uploaded on my review, of how the cabinets looks and how the a/c filter and vents were, and the dirty laundry closet doors (which were supposed to be replace and still waiting) when I moved here, had disappear. I have waited 2 months (and counting) to get a door fix. I wonder why everyone else got a response from management except me? What do I need to do to get the ceiling fix? Two months requesting the service, the ceiling just fell and I'm still waiting, and of course no one is ever in the office and no one answer the damn phone!!! Update: I'm upgrading my review from one star to 3 stars. I want to thank the new manager Gigi, she resolved the issue with the ceiling within a week. She came and talked to me personally, and kept her word that the ceiling was going to get fixed ASAP! She definitely knows how to do her job. She is great!

Well since I've been here it could have been better then I had another office manager came in she start getting everything fixed in my apartment for me but before she came to pinewood point my ceiling in my living room had a hole in it because of the pipes from my bathroom upstairs in the hallway so every time my kids take a shower or a bath in the water goes out it's a big old bubble in my ceiling just about a year that's when they had fixed it now we have another apartment manager but before the second apartment manager was here everything was getting done everything she was trying to catch up to fix everything and everybody unit and she was doing her job good I don't know why she left but we miss her but the one that's here now a lot of stuff is getting fixed the trees getting taken care of the grass getting cut but the grass is getting cut when the other department manager was here so hopefully it be some good improvement changes

I’m trying to find out whom is over this complex. My family and I have been living here since the beginning of April. It states in my lease that we are allowed at least 2 parking spots in front of the building in which we pay rent. Well 1 night I get home, and I have sciatica, my neighbors take up 2 of their own spots and they had company taking up the spot I usually park in and the extra parking space! I questioned them about it because I should be able to park in front of where I live at. The neighbors guests told me I could park across the street or down at a different building. Again the lease states we are allowed up to 2 parking spots. Guests should not be allowed to park where tenants live especially tenets whom have health issues. I strongly suggest the parking spots be assigned to each door. It was extremely rude and inconsiderate of me because I live here and I also walk usuing a cane. I will complain about it until something is done. It’s not right and something needs to be done especially being the fact it states it in the lease, two spots per unit! Very very dissatisfied about this. It can definitely cause future problems with tenants.
