I found out I had severe sleep apnea and needed a CPAP machine. I wasted 6 weeks with a different company before I gave up on them. I called Jay Home Medical and explained the situation. Everyone there was terrific. They looked for the fax from my doctor and filed it right away. They had approval from my insurance within 2 days, and called to schedule an appointment. The lady that helped me pick out a mask and educate me on the machine was wonderful, and I started using it that night with no problems. I feel so much better already.
