Our family has used this place many times for cleanings, repairs and have been very happy with their services. My mom who is picky with her jewelry only uses them. My husband has had two rings resized a tad bigger - one platinum and one sterling silver that had an intricate design. Both times they did an awesome job. We’ve had bracelets and necklaces resized and if you let them keep some leftover precious metal then your cost may be zero. Prices seem pretty fair for the excellent work!

Counter person was great but lost communication that after did not get what i asked for they should have called me on a custom piece went back for repair and they wanted me to leave it I fixed it in 5 min although if they would have listened there would have been no problem
