We’ve been living here since April, so far our experience has been great, the office people are amazing; our leasing process was very smooth, mostly online. Our apartment has been amazing, we had to called maintenance twice and both times they have showed up super quick, super respectful in all sense. Online payment is available which make things easier every month. The only thing I would suggest it’s to install a camara in the trash compactor area to find out who is leaving the trash outside the compactor instead of putting inside to avoid overload of trash ! That’s not the buildings fault but some people that are living here

I’ve lived here for about 5 years. The first year was simply because I needed a place to stay. The remainder of the years were because of the staff and the complex! The staff is always helpful and nice to me and they maintain a beautiful well maintained complex. Thank you Meridian for making this such an enjoyable place to stay.
