Could not ask for better service in any way. The staff clearly loves their work and is willing to discuss with you any topic related to jewelry and what you want. Their artistic and technical skill is stunning and the prices are hands down *better* than what you get a retail jewelry places. They never pressured me for a more expensive option and clearly just wanted to make the best work of art they can. I can't recommend them enough. The two pieces pictures are a set of earrings modeled after a radial aircraft engine (yes, the propellers even spins) and an engagement ring with a moissanite stone. If you are looking to get ANY jewelry done, you may as well get it custom made because the price is not any more, but you get a piece that nobody else has and you can get *precisely* what you want. Again, I couldn't be happier, the staff is a joy to interact with and couldn't be more helpful.

Been over 72 hour's after I left a internet query to have me called about some custom work I wanted done. Day's later, no call, zero communication, the same from other type jewelers like themselves, who don't care about your customer too end product satisfaction. We not only wanted a few rings made but recently had our parents pass away with a huge inheritance of gold and diamonds from the late 1970's to late 1990's, emeralds, and all kinds of old school stuff,.yet these joker's couldn't even give me a call, I suppose I will go elsewhere, it's a shame, since a old girlfriend referred me too these nice people
