Before ever seeing this office I had to call twenty times for the lazy front desk receptionist to pick up the phone to assist me in scheduling, I went for my consultation, and forgot my USB drive with my CBCT scan on it I called to request it to be mailed to me and she told me “we can not do that” although I paid for it from my dentist office and provided it to Dr.Alcalde to be reviewed. I like the doctor but I will NEVER be a patient in this office due to the lack of respect his receptionist holds, and I’m sure he’s lost tons of business because of her, not quite sure how she’s so okay with knowing how horrible she is. Mind you, they are NOT extremely busy to where she can not answer the phone.

Dr. Alcalde and his team are phenomenal. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They are very thorough and provide you with extensive information. Would recommend this practice to anyone looking to have their wisdom teeth removed.
