Positive: They allow pets Negative: People were up playing loud music partying until 3am. Whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Beds were awful and the staff was rude

Positive: The price Negative: I was given a smoking room. Horrible! Would have been nice to have a continental breakfast. People hanging out in the lobby who seemed to not be guests or staff. Spartan room accommodations.

Very nasty place the rooms were not clean and they were not comfortable beds and we also had to deal with very load people above us stomping and running around all night

I really can't blame the hotel for the bed bugs cause it could've been any hotel but being that I've encountered this insect before in a few major hotels it's the first thing I look for upon entering the room I'm a smoke so I got a smoke room already knowing their never clean as usual but this particular room had spider webs forming in the corner beside the bed and under the bed and of coarse found my old buddy the bed bug in tha bed waiting on me so I changed room and the lady I talked to had just started 5 days earlier but she was very helpful in getting me another room which was not as bad but still not really clean cause it was a smoke room no complaints I spent my birthday there and the other customers weren't loud at all but it was swamped with over sized families getting away for the weekend but just a little attention to cleaning in tha smoke rooms and not just putting them back together and running to the next room would be helpful
