I have been to Kelly one time. I have long blonde hair and she bleached and cut. I get my hair done twice a year; however, it is getting to need done more often because those greys are coming in. Anyway, I scheduled my 2nd appointment and since Kelly's hours are the same as mine for work, I took the day off to get my hair done. ONE HOUR prior to my appointment I received a text that said, "I can't do your hair today." No sorry, no reason why. Luckily, I was able to schedule a new appointment without missing work. Roughly a week before my new appointment, I needed to reschedule. I called to reschedule, and my appointment was not even on the books. I couldn't help but think, was I going to get a call on hour before again cancelling? A couple of months went by so I thought I would give it one more try. I called in, schedule another appointment. Roughly 15 min. later I received a call from Panache telling me I need to reschedule. Huh? Ok? I was just thinking, what is up with your scheduling? After trying to make a new appointment it was not looking like Kelly had any available that fit both our schedule. The lady on the phone said, "I will have her call you and work something out." SURPISE, I have not received a call. Needless to say, I will not be trying again. In the meantime, I have cut my own ends. Kelly at Panache would not get a recommendation from me.

Very friendly people but if you want higher end experience this is not the place. The stylist was super nice but didn’t listen to anything we discussed even after pictures. They don’t style your hair and even asked my daughter if she wanted her hair washed when she was there for a full blown style and cut. She also didn’t style our hair at the end. My color was exactly the opposite of what i asked and my she chopped my hair so short despite multiple times explaining I need to still be able to braid and pull it back. Will not be using this salon again
