Deceptive marketting. Puppy pea pads with sign that says starting at 3.99. Picked item up thought one heck of a deal. Only item underneath said sign. Rung up 7.99.. told cashier item price on sign. Pointed out issue.. Got told it says 'starting at' asked where the 3.99 pads were at they went quiet said corporate sets the prices. BUYER BEWARE!!
