Great service was provided by Bobby & Tom. Oil change took ~20minutes. They had no issues with me bringing my own oil and filter. Waiting area looks recently remodeled. Highly recommend Expert Car Care.

This is an overdue review, but much needed. I went in for what I assumed might have been a simple wheel balancing, but after inspection it turns out I have 3 very bad tires and a broken cv axle. I was not in a financial position or had the time to get the repairs done because I was leaving that evening to go pick up my daughter in NC, which I explained to them. I was willing to replace the worst tire that would certainly cause a blowout on the highway. Johanna rode over to the other shop twice for me to get the tires. Kaleb was the mechanic and walked me through the needed repairs so I could get things done once I made it to NC and he was realistic about what was emergency and what would last the trip. Johanna also helped me find some local help in NC and kept a positive attitude to a stressful situation. The manager Lo got word of what was happening and decided to gift me a tire because she would much rather know I was going to be safe on the road. I was able to make it to NC safely. We repaired the cv axle and other tire when we got there and the car was in great shape. Enough so that I was able to trade it in and get a much needed family car upgrade! I am very thankful to the team that day for being realistic with me, understanding of my circumstances and willing to go above and beyond to make me feel safe! I will definitely return for any other needed repairs in the future!
