In short few months, technician failed to properly apply correct chemicals(pool was green within few days after service), technician also failed to replace filter head gasket during one service resulting in massive water leak.

Purchased $12k plus new system from them. They left me in the dark with false promises on working something out to fix the issue for 10 months. Once my system was finally up and running another small part had an issue. They refused to work on or warranty any of the parts and did nothing for the months I was left without a fully working system. Go to another pinch a penny.

I have gone to this store for over 10 yrs for supplies and testing with little problems. I was in the market to up grade to a variable speed pump. I went to the store and picked out a pump and made an appointment for replacement. At that time I was given a price for the pump and an installation cost of $250 to 300. I did mention that since the motor was off that I had a new platform to install, which they said was no problem and would be included. Sounds reasonable. When the tech arrived I showed him all that was needed and stated that I could help him if it was needed.he acknowledged that and then took a Sawzall and cut the pipe and then stated he needed to make a call. When he was done he stated it would be another$300, on top of the $300 already to install pad. I knew right away that this was unreasonable and felt like they where holding me hostage , since he disabled my pump. I demanded to reinstall to working order which did happen with some push back and had him leave. Went back and forth with the manager, which was unreasonable also.bottom line I did the work myself and timed replacement of the pad which took exactly 38 minutes to swap out.( I am over 60).that is basically $8 a minute...really??!! Retirees Watch out for bait and switch..do not use there service unless you have money to burn.
