I have been out in lakeside retreat for three years now n I love the area it’s safe friendly n my kids have a place to call home the management is awesome Mrs Lauren Herde is such an amazing person she listens and handles any situation that comes up she is definitely a great easy going person thanks! Mr Craig Eagen was the first manager I met at lakeside retreat at 27 when me and my family was in dis pair he assured us that we would be moving in by the date he said and he made it happen he is a very easy ongoing person n also handles situations when brought to his attention. Thanks to you as well.

I had such a great experience leasing my new apartment with Craig. I had so many questions, he listened and answered all my concerns quickly. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so very much

I enjoyed living there. Had no issues with the staff. Anytime I needed a maintenance issue taken care of it was done within reasonable time. It’s a great area and great place to live.

I've been there for 3 years and theyve always worked with me whenever needed. I have nothing but nice things to say.

They are having trouble keeping it staffed. I think they are staffed now, but they will tell you that they are instructed to give priority to preparing apartments for new tenants over their existing tenants with issues. If your air conditioning breaks they only have 1, maybe 2 units for the entire community. Ours broke twice and neither time did they have even one unit available for us to use. The a/c team comes "all the way from Orlando", they don't work weekends is what I was told, and both times it took about a week to get it fixed. As a results, the wood in the doors swelled affecting opening and closing them and caused paint to bubble and peel off. Which I'm sure when we move out that will be brought up as a deduction from our security deposit. That and among other things, im sure this place place will nickel and dime us until we move.
