Absloutely HORRIBLE place to live. Mold infested bulidings!! Falling apart! Management has a high turn over, does not honor signed agreements, takes no responsibility for condition of bulidings and will belittle you. This is a repressive living situation which will make any resident feel trapped. They will come into your apartment and leave vulgar notes for you to come home too. I would reccomend RUNNING away if you choose to live or work here. The apartments are unsafe, frequent shootings are regular! Save your life and mind and stay away from both Alachua/ Sherwood Oaks apartments.

I have filled out two applications for an apartment, one over 5 years ago, and the other over 3 years ago after the first application mysteriously disappeared. With no explanation provided either time, the 2 previous managers managed to lose both of them. After that, I was placed on a waiting list, once again providing necessary documentation and was told I would receive a letter once a year asking if I want to remain on the list. I called after receiving the first letter and confirmed that I want stay on the list. Had to call when I didn't get the second letter and, once again, was advised that application was lost as well. At this point, I give up. I was advised to seek legal advice and am seriously considering doing so

We have lived here since September 2020. It had been a really nice place to be. The management is always on top of things and friendly. The apartments are always nicely fixed up for new tenants. There is plenty of space around the complex to walk safely and sit outside. The maintenance supervisor, Andrew and crew are super friendly and competent. Thank you so much, Sandra and Roberto
