I went in for Botox. Amy does a great job. I mentioned filling in the lines in the corners of my mouth. I spent $2700 on a special for injectables. Ten days later I went back in for a recheck. The lines in my mouth are still there. She injected my cheeks and one is more pronounced than the other. She showed me before and after pics and I could see no difference. She offered more injectable’s for MORE money. No thanks. Then said she would call me in July when they have trainings and the corrections would be free (as a model for the training). No call, still lopsided, still have lines on the corners of my mouth and out a lot of money….and it’s August. Update: Amy made it right! Turns out I was leaving message last and emails and they had revamped the phone system. She was not receiving them. She fixed everything g and she is the best! I wish the tech people would have told the customers!

Really enjoy RM for all the service they provide. Initially went for the weight loss then started using the other services. Not only did they help me reach my weight goal, they also are helping me continue to fight the aging thing. Probably the best place to for any of the services provided.

The site intertmingled my profile with another patient. Although I have not been to the center for years now, they have been indicating to the medication regulatory board that I am prescribed weight-loss medication, a controlled substance. The medication is actually prescribed to another patient with the same first and last name as myself but our birthdates differ. I went to the center approximately a year ago to resolve the issue and was subsequently sent a letter suggesting the issue was resolved. This is not the case. I would not trust the center to ensure hipaa-compliance or medical integrity.
