They do really well with our daughter, but out of the blue, we got a voice-mail that they are going to be opening a new facility and needed to change my daughter's 6 MO appointment and wanted to know if we wanted to reschedule it at the new facility. For a number of reasons, I declined and wanted to keep her at the main clinic, and now her appointment went from July to NOVEMBER. So, we were essentially punished for not being willing to move over. That's nice that you want to open a second clinic, but you doing it at the expense of current patients getting routine care is kinda uncool.

I don’t even have fear of the dentist, just extreme tooth sensitivity such that cleanings are almost impossible for me. Other dentists had nothing they could do for me, but I’m happy to say that I was actually able to get a thorough, complete cleaning today with zero tooth pain! Amazing. Everyone is super welcoming, the office is clean and enjoyable to be in, they have lots of comforting amenities if you need them to relax, and they have a plethora of different services and tools and techniques to use on you depending on your needs. I was offered options for getting my teeth cleaned painlessly that didn’t exist at other dentist offices. Highly recommend!

I think it'd best to give them a call. Every single time I go there I've never had to pay anything because my insurance always cover them. Sorry . Wish I could help :(

They do dentures and they offer CareCredit. You can get a line of credit for services that either aren't covered by insurance or if you don't have insurance. They often do an interest free period as well.

Yes, they do. You would have to go over details and copays with them, based on your exact plan. But they do accept Delta Dental. And they are amazing, in my experience, with people who have neglected care -- especially if it was fear-based, but they are also eager to work with you if it was a problem for other reasons. They'll help you by prioritizing what needs to happen, and figuring out what you can most nearly afford first. They are good people. Give them a call, and tell them you need to talk to someone about coverage before you even come in. They will have someone from finance dept call you and put your mind at ease.
No, but they are worth every penny.
Not sure if they do. I'm just a reviewer but they're the best in Madison as far as I can tell.
