This is the worst place in the world, don't go there. Cynthia and the manager treat us really bad, even with my pregnant wife. They discriminate us because we are latin. Cynthia told us to go out of the place and never come back only because we told her we had book the uhaul 2 times and once we are in the place they told us thay didn't have any van or truck even we were watching one at the parking exactly like the van we had book yesterday.

Excellant service Sometimes they get very busy , people need to be patient . It is 95 degree out there . And the guy working none stop . People need to understand it is not New Jersey . Let us keep their prices low and stop complaining . Thank you Uhaul

Naples Uhaul - "we have your money, now F-off". Sums it up. I've used Uhaul for many moves (not just myself) over the last 25yrs. NEVER have I had a worse experience. It's this particular location. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service. Maybe awful isn't the right word...nonexistent?!? Short version of the experience is wham, bam, thank you ma'am & call the 800 number (for a 1.5hr hold or a call back that didn't happen in this case) if you have any questions bc she wasn't going to answer them. She closed the ticket before even asking if we needed moving blankets or a hand truck or anything. We were welcome to get back in line after the 8 more people who just showed up...NO. Harbor Freight to the rescue. Run around town getting what we needed for half the day bc this uhaul was the only game in town. Truck had a fraction of the gas the paperwork said, unmarked damage, told to call the 800 for a return location (another fiasco). We ran an extra day bc of all of this & on top of it all, 800 says we MUST return the truck a day early for someone else's reservation (but still be charged the extra day). Seriously?!?! Thanks to this location & the 1-800-hot-garbage service, I'll be sure to price Budget & Ryder first next time.

Yes, but the "line" is 1 or 2 people. I spent 15 minutes there one day, 5 the second go around. Nice place, friendly staff, no hassle!!

Go ahead and reserve one, but it doesn't guarantee there will be one when you get there. . just my opinion. .
