I am so pleased with the service I received at the Exchange Ave location. This was the second time I rented from this location. Luis has been very helpful and super friendly every time, This is my go to storage place now. I highly recommend it.

It’s been two years and so far it’s still ok. My biggest wish is that they were able to tam pests. I’ve brought some of my stuff from the storage unit into the house and noticed those tiny black and yellow roaches which prior to placing in the unit I did not have. It’s a little unsettling knowing that people who have had an infestation stow they’re belongings here which spread throughout - that including the possibility of bedbugs, spiders or mites. I understand things happen - I get it. It just sucks when someone else’s problem starts to becomes yours. I was paying $59 for my unit for the first 7 months, then it went to $69, skipped $79 and went straight to $84 🙁🙁 Like, why the increase? If I’m paying more money - please attend to the pests, I feel like now I need to burn all of my stuff. Other than that the customer service has been great here.
